Welcome to my world, my name is Abi Sanders and im a 50 year old Mindset, nutrition and Weight-management transformational coach.
I am fully certified in all aspects of mindset and nutrition and have an abundance of not only professional experience but personal experience that i have harnessed to support people to reach their life and health goals.
I have personally overcome numerous challenges in my life, including an unhealthy relationship with food, an alcohol dependancy, and healing personal trauma. This all started when i decided enough was enough and knew there had to be more to life than constantly battling against myself.
So in in June 2020 i set off on my own personal self development and discovery journey.
Through my passion and dedication to wanting to live and create a happy fulfilled life I have experienced the most incredible results
and this is why i am fully committed and passionate about sharing my knowledge with all you beautiful people.

Transformational life coaching -
This transformational technique focuses on specific areas of your life that you want to challenge and transform by digging deep into mental blocks that are holding you back and re-framing the mind to work towards the life that you desire.
Nutrition & Weight Management Coaching-
My approach to health and wellbeing makes the learning journey easy and fun, I work with both men and women who are predominantly approaching or are going through midlife or are struggling with changes to their body to educate and reframe their approach to nutrition, balancing hormones, changing habits and weight management.
Group programs-
My signature brand new program for 2024 "Metamorphosis" is an exciting and easy to digest eight week transformational group training and development program that not only targets weight-loss but will change your mindset , habits and approach to nutrition, and helpful tools to tackle daily life and its challenges.
